Structural Alterations & Groundworks
Foundations, steelwork and openings — the structure a build stands on
A lot of what makes a build sound is the part you never see — the foundations dug to the right depth, the drainage run correctly, the steel beam that lets you knock two rooms into one. Done properly, it's invisible; done badly, it's the problem that shows up years later.
We handle groundworks and structural alterations as part of our extension, conversion and renovation work — foundations, drainage, load-bearing steelwork and new openings — carried out to the standards the work needs, by the same team running the wider build.

Foundations and groundworks
We set out and excavate foundations, lay drainage and build the substructure an extension or new build needs — the load-bearing groundwork that the rest of the project depends on.
Steelwork and structural openings
Removing a wall, opening up the back of a house or building up all rely on the right structural support. We install steelwork and form new openings to spec, with the making-good done as part of the same job.
